Upon arrival to The Brown Hotel from the church guests enjoyed cocktail hour in our Bluegrass Room. There was a delectable assortment of hors d’oeuvres including my personal favorite- the lobster, artichoke, & crimini mushroom skewer- Yum!
For salad, guests enjoyed a hearty Caesar Salad served with focaccia crouton & olive tapenade.
Our entree that evening was Rosemary-Crusted Chicken breast with our famous garlic mashed potatoes.
We also love the soft pink lighting in the corners of the ballroom which created such a lovely ambience.
